For example garlic pearls which are good for heart health are not being stocked by most pharmacies.
The pharmacies will tell the customer that they will order the item if the customer wants it, and it will be available in the evening or next day
They are keeping the reorder records in a paper notebook, so that data can be easily accessed whenever required.
